This summer, seniors from West Ottawa, Holland High, Zeeland East, Zeeland West and Saugatuck (just to name a few) dressed the part of cool soon-to-be-senior, and we couldn’t have been more proud. Sports, the outdoors and downtown Holland, were ultra-cool backdrops these seniors chose to show what they got. “Most of the junior guys really don’t worry too much about what they wear or how they express themselves, it’s definitely a sign that they are ready for senior year when they come to the photo-shoot prepared and looking top notch, ” says the Junebug Photography studio manager. Footwear is the key to happiness. We can alter our appearance by adding a platform, once we kick them off cut loose, and most importantly can change our perspective, possibly the world’s, just by walking a mile in a pair belonging to someone else. Becoming popular in 18th century France, high heels, or talon hauts (as the French would call them), are a dazzling fashion tool used by brides to not only express who they are, but have a little fun while still abiding by the traditional color palates of wedding dress whites and cremes.
